Robert Pattinson dating around?!

We been hearing that Robert "dating around" lately...? 

Don't jump to conclusions when it comes to Robert Pattinson's dating life. Although he spent time with Kristen Stewart less than a week ago, it appears that he may still be romancing model Dylan Penn.  The two were spotted getting cozy at the Spare Room in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Wednesday night to celebrate Angie Banicki's travel memoir, 30 Before 30: Traveling Under the Influence. "The two chatted and flirted inside," an onlooker told PEOPLE. "They were a little cautious, making sure people noticed they did not come together."
He showed up with close pal Nick Jarecki while Penn, who is the daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, arrived separately with a group of her own friends. 
"They were chatty and flirty in the beginning, but by the end of the night he was in the corner with a friend and she was talking to Michael B Jordan," said another party goer. 

Overall, "Rob was being social," the onlooker said. "Girls were chatting him up. He and Dylan were very kind and chatty but definitely made a point to keep things a bit separated." 

But at the same time another sources claim that Rob and Kristen are all but full-on back together right now. The pair have apparently had a series of clandestine meetings recently; a Robsten pal saying, "They have to be secretive. They will drive far away if it means they can be alone.
